Where can I find more information about the products?
First, please type the first few letters of the product name or the product code (if you already know it) into the search bar above. If you don't know the name or code, click on 'Categories' to access the product page.

 

Orders

How can I make an order?
Making an order is very simple. Choose the product you are interested in and click on the "Add to cart" button. Once you have chosen all the products you are interested in, click on the shopping cart icon at the top right and choose the payment method.

 

Payment methods

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all main payment methods: credit/debit cards belonging to Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express circuits, PayPal transfer.

Is it safe to pay online?
For Bestway, security is very important. That's why we want you to know that your information will be encrypted and perfectly secure, transmitted using certified AJAX technology (PCI-DSS and ISO27001) via the BNL Advanced 2.0 platform. We also take the risk of fraud very seriously, which is why all credit and debit card payments are subject to validation by both us and your card provider.

 

Shipment and delivery

How much will be delivery cost?

For all orders, a shipping contribution of 65 zl is required. The system automatically calculates the total amount of your order.

How is the shipment carried out?
The shipment is carried out by a national courier that delivers in Poland.

When will the package be delivered?
Your package will be shipped within 2 working days from the receipt of payment.

 

 

Can I track my shipment?
You will receive the Tracking Number that you can use on the courier site to track your shipment step by step. 

Product return

I have changed my mind. Can I return the product?
If you have changed your mind and you wish to return the item you have purchased from us, you have up to 14 days from receipt of the product to ask us for return. Please, kindly contact us and fill out the form by entering the reason for return and the ID of the product concerned. After you will need to send the product to our address. If the product is in good condition, we will send you the refund, excluding the shipping costs incurred.
